Hermosa Beach currently has 8 single family luxury homes for sale priced over $2,000,000. There are currently no luxury homes in escrow with accepted offers. One luxury home sold during May 2014 for $4,400,000. The 5-bedroom, 5-bath Sand Section residence was on the market for 54 days.
