Redondo Beach Townhomes for Sale

View from the patio of a new construction townhome in Redondo.

The beach, the sunny Southern California weather, and the laid back lifestyle have made Redondo one of the most popular cities in the South Bay. In recent years Redondo home prices have started to climb rapidly as buyers from the other beach cities, Hermosa & Manhattan Beach, have looked for other options.

Redondo has also been more friendly to increased housing density, so many older 1920's to 1950's homes have been replaced with 2-3 townhome build-outs on the same lot in the 1990's through 2010's. These mini developments offer spacious multi-level living, attached garages & usually an outdoor patio on the upper level.

Thinking about buying a townhome in Redondo? Give us a call! We'd be delighted to help with your home search.

Hollywood Riviera Homes For Sale

A gated estate in Hollywood Riviera.

The Hollywood Riviera neighborhood is adjacent to the Palos Verdes Peninsula and is blessed with incredible ocean views (and breezes) due to its similar hilly topography. It is no wonder there are always buyers who want to purchase a home in the Hollywood Riviera due to its proximity to Torrance Beach. For some buyers, Palos Verdes is too isolated not to mention too pricey!

Hollywood Riviera is primarily single family homes, but there are a few condo complexes as well. Yesterday, Josh and I previewed homes in the Hollywood Riviera as one of the properties was across the street from a house we sold to a client several years ago, and we want to update them on the value of their home.

Another property was a home over 3,000 sq. ft with an ocean view that meets the criteria of another client. A home of that size with an ocean view is hard to find on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and still stay within our client's budget.
View of Redondo Beach
Torrance Beach is just down the street from Hollywood Riviera neighborhood.

There are bluff front mansions in Hollywood Riviera with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and those estates sell for millions of dollars. However, it's still possible to find a coastal home in the neighborhood around $1,000,000 if you're willing to make some upgrades to the property.

If you're searching for a new home close to the ocean, excellent dining options, and a neighborhood with an abundance of breathtaking views, the Hollywood Riviera may be just the place for you.
