Manhattan Beach Mira Costa: 5 Sales

A home in the Sand Section claimed highest price paid during May 2013 for a luxury home in Manhattan Beach. The 5-bedroom new construction home sold for $5,250,000. There are currently 33 Manhattan Beach luxury homes for sale and 13 pending sales.
