June. The high and low home sale prices for this beach city were
$1,149,000 for a four bedroom home on Irena, and $430,000 for a three
bedroom home on Dondon Avenue.
Are sales up? Based on the number of homes sold last year during the
same time frame the answer is yes. Sales for June 2011 total 21. The
increase is not staggering but it is significant.
Available inventory remains low in Redondo Beach as it does
